* CRTC Register 0 is set to 64. Normal value is 63.
* Mode 0 is used for display
* Plus palette is used
* Plus raster interrupt is used
* Plus split screen is not used
* Plus pixel by pixel hardware scroll is not used
* Plus sprites are used (for the player - X magification is 2, Y magnification is 1)
